The present invention relates to a method of treating disease associated with angiogenesis using an N-Methyl-D-aspartate receptor (NMDA) antagonist. More specifically, it concerns use of an NMDA receptor antagonist, for the treatment of disease associated with angiogenesis such as tumor angiogenesis, ocular neovascular disease, Age-related macular degeneration (AMD).
