Mouse anti-human hox11/tlx1 (clone 16f6)

Mouse monoclonal antibodies recognizing the HOX11 gene product.

Interest / Relevance: HOX11 (or TLX1) is ectopically expressed in ~30% of human T cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL). The HOX11 oncogene is therefore considered as a key factor controlling the emergence of some T-ALL. The monoclonal antibody represents an outstanding tool for exploring the expression and functions of this oncogene as a putative determinant of the onset of these pathologies.
