Profiling blood lymphocytes reactivity against cancer cells

In vitro trogocytosis of PKH67-stained cancer cells as a measure of their interactions with bulks of PBMC from patients. This profiling give the quantification of specific interactions of different subsets from PBMC with different cancer cells.

Interest / Relevance: This profiling provides interaction signatures for the immunomonitoring of cancers in case of cancer patients for example to adress the level of their immune system reactivity at diagnostic and/or during therapeutic treatment.
Keywords: immune reactivity , trogocytosis , immunomonitoring , interactions
